Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Items that are worn, altered, damaged, or missing tags will not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Innerwear, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons
- Items marked as Final Sale or purchased with a discount exceeding 40%
- Gift cards and store credits
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@urbanvogue.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label where applicable.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy
We offer free size exchanges on eligible items. To request an exchange, please mention it in your return email. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
